ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IN CLASSES LISTED.

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE IN PLACE BETWEEN 4:00 and 8:00 P.M.
ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2012.

1. Open to any boy or girl up to 16 years of age. Age to be on entry form.

2. Entries close at 5:00 P.M., Saturday, September 15, 2012.

3. Judging will be done by the Danish System. Under the Danish System all exhibits are judged on their own merit and not in competition with other entries. All entries receive ribbons.

4. There will be no entry fee in this department.

5. All entries in every class must be in place between the hours of 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 20, 2012 and are to remain in place until closing, Sunday, September 23, 2012. The tent will close at 6:00 P.M. and exhibits will be available after 7:00 P.M.
