ALL EXHIBITORS MUST PAY ADMISSION AT THE GATE.
1. Entries are open to active 4-H and FFA Clubs and Members only.
2. Clubs may enter one Club Display and/or one Activity only.
3. Entries close September 15th or when the department area is full, whichever comes first.
4. There is no entry fee in this department.
5. Animals are allowed. Care and feeding are the responsibility of the owners or club members.
5. Entries must be set-up Thursday, September 20th from 4:30 – 8:00 pm. All entries must remain in place until 7:00 pm on Sunday or premiums will be forfeited.
Division 1: 4-H/FFA Club Display and/or Activity
Display:
Banners, Pictures, Educational Materials – Up to 10’ of wall space, must be freestanding
Activity:
Provide a fun, educational experience or demonstration on Saturday and/or Sunday
Class A, Club Display: First $40.00, Second $30.00, Third $20.00
Class B, Club Activity: $25 participation prize
Division 2: 4-H/FFA Member Display and/or Activity
Display:
Banners, Pictures, Educational Materials – Up to 10’ of wall space, must be freestanding
Activity:
Provide a fun, educational experience or demonstration on Saturday and/or Sunday
Class A, Member Display: First $20.00, Second $15.00, Third $10.00
Class B, Member Activity: $15 participation prize
