The Guilford Fairgrounds are a 30-acre private property owned by the Guilford Agricultural Society. The Town of Guilford uses the Fairgrounds to host the Community Fireworks each year, with the cooperation of the Guilford Agricultural Society.
This year’s new parking fees and online purchase arrangement is the policy of the Town of Guilford, Parks and Recreation Department, and not the Guilford Agricultural Society.
Parking fees are collected by the Town of Guilford, Parks and Recreation Department and credited to them.
In return for using the Fairgrounds the Town of Guilford donates a portion of the income to the Guilford Agricultural Society for the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
