The term “The Guilford Fair” or “The Guilford Agricultural Fair” or “us” or “we” refers to The Guilford Agricultural Society, the owner of the Sites (defined below). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Sites or for users under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian of such user.

By continuing to browse and use  or to read posts or participate in forums associated with any social media accounts operated by us or on our behalf  (collectively “Sites”), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy governs our relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our Sites.

If you choose to donate to The Guilford Agricultural Society, Inc. payments will be made securely via PayPal, a third party payment management service that accepts credit card payments.  We are not liable or responsible for any fees, damages, misuse of credit card information that may arise from use of PayPal services and would encourage to review their terms of use and privacy policy.
